Overview​

Welcome to ChottuLink! This guide will help you get started with our Dynamic Links service.

With ChottuLink, you can:

  • Enhance user experience with deep links that take users directly to in-app content.
  • Convert more web users with web-to-app buttons.
  • Tracks advanced analytics around link clicks.

Before you begin​

Before starting the steps in this guide, you must Create an Account on ChottuLink Dashboard.

When you register, you are auto enrolled to a Free Plan. Learn more on our billing page.

Complete the steps in this guide to start launching campaigns powered by ChottuLink's deep linking solutions.

Some steps will require help from developers or other members of your team — this guide will point out when that is the case.

Step 1: Choose Your Domain​

  1. Select a unique subdomain for your Dynamic Links
    • Example: yourbrand.chottu.link
    • This will be your default Dynamic Links domain
  2. Verify domain availability
  3. Confirm your selection

Step 2: Configure Fallback URL​

  1. Set up a fallback URL for when:
    • The app is not installed
    • The link cannot be opened in the app
  2. This can be:
    • Your website
    • App store page
    • Custom landing page

Step 3: Setup Android Redirect (Optional)​

You can configure Android redirect settings now or later from Settings. This step is optional and can be completed at any time.

Step 4: Setup iOS Redirect (Optional)​

You can configure iOS redirect settings now or later from Settings. This step is optional and can be completed at any time.
